Grand Hyatt car park is an underground multi-level car park in the prestigious east of the Melbourne CBD offering over 500 spaces accessible via two entrances: 128 Flinders land and 44 Russell Street (near corner of Flinders Land & Russell Street). The car park exit is via Flinders lane only. The car park operates 24 hours every day of the year and is located in close proximity to a number of key attractions including – Flinders Lane dining precinct, Forum, Regent & Athenaeum Theatres, Federations Square, Flinders Street Station, and a short walk or ride to the MCG and Melbourne’s sporting precinct.

Early Bird Rate
Monday to Friday – $20
To be eligible for the Early Bird Rate you must enter the car park between 6 am and 10 am and exit the car park between 1:30 pm and 6 am the next day, otherwise the Early Bird Rate will revert to the casual daily maximum rate and further new day rates will be applicable and incurred from 6 am.
Afternoon / Night Rate
Monday to Wednesday – $15
Thursday – $20
Friday – $25
To be eligible for the Afternoon/Night Rate you must exit the car park prior to 6 am the next day, otherwise the Afternoon/Night Rate will revert to the casual daily maximum rate and further new day rates will be incurred from 6 am.
Weekend Rate
Saturday – $30
Sunday – $25
If you enter the car park on Friday after 6 am and exit before 6 am on Monday, the full day Friday rate will apply and applicable weekend daily flat rates. If a vehicle exits after 6am on Monday, casual parking rates will commence on-top of any already incurred rates. For example Friday after 6 am = $78 + Saturday $30 + Sunday $25
Public Holidays Rate – $30
To be eligible for the Public Holiday Rate you must exit the car park by 6 am the following day. If you exit the car park after 6 am the following day on a weekday, i.e.: Monday, the daily maximum charge of $78 will apply. Entering prior to the public holiday will incur the relevant fees until the public holiday rate starts at 6 am, then the public holiday rate will be incurred. Staying into the day after a public holiday will have the relevant rates incurred from 6 am on-top of any already incurred rates.
Lost Ticket – $120
A lost ticket will incur a fee of $120.
