Soda Factory is currently operating as The Markets – West End. It currently has 275 underground carparks and 25 open air car parks.
The centre has ramp access from the underground carpark, as well as from the Mollison Street entrance. A number of disabled carparks are available for convenience at the front of the centre in the open air carpark. There is a parents room with change table and a separate disability access toilet located at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp.
